Last year, the inaugural year of Cambridge Porchfest, more than 80 performers wowed crowds at 25 locations across the Cambridgeport neighborhood. Our “stages” were neighborhood driveways, porches, yards and parks. Performers were young and old, amateur and professional, playing rock, rap, house, jazz, and so much more - all joining together in this FREE event to celebrate music and community. 

 

This year, we invite you to perform, host, volunteer and attend the 2nd annual Cambridge Porchfest on Saturday, July 11 from 12-6 pm. Once again, the event will take place in and around the Cambridgeport neighborhood and feature performers on porches, in yards and driveways, and at local parks. This is a free do-it-yourself festival and we can’t do it without you. 

 

In addition, on Sunday, July 12 there will be performances at restaurants, cafes, and other outdoor spaces along Mass. Ave. in Central Square. This will definitely be a summer weekend worth sticking around for!

 

Registration is now open until May 31 for hosts, performers, and volunteers for Saturday, July 11.
